Makeup Look: MAC x Julia Petit

Some of you may remember the MAC x Julia Petit collection. It debuted last year for Mac Cosmetic’s March/Spring Collection in collaboration with Julia Petit, a South American blogger and iconic sensation! I was truly inspired and proud to see a huge makeup brand create a collection in collaboration with a beauty blogger. If I am not mistaken MAC was among the first to jump on this trend.
More and more we are seeing these collaborations emerge in the beauty industry and it’s truly an honor for us bloggers who never thought dreams like this could be possible. It’s nice to know we too have a voice and that these major companies are listening to what their consumers really want. I had to break out this beautiful collection to recreate a look I saw on another very popular beauty blogger, Victoria from @IntheFrow. If you haven't started following Victoria I highly recommend her beauty channel on Youtube! I thought it only appropriate that in recreating this look I also use makeup inspired by a beauty blogger.

Products used:
Eyes: All LORAC Mega Pro Palette shades- all over eyelid "cream", used "maroon" all over the lower lid, blended that with "granite" in the crease.
Mascarar: Benefit they're real
Eyebrows: Benefit gimme brow volumizing fiber
Face: Foundation- Estee Lauder Double Wear shade 2N1; Powder- Laura Mercier Sceret Brightening Powder; Bronzer- Nars Laguna; Blush- nars Orgasm
